Warranty & Returns

You may return most items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, provided they are unused and in their original packaging.

Because coffee is a fresh, perishable product, opened bags of coffee cannot be returned. Sealed, unopened bags may be returned within the 14-day window.

Brewing kit — grinders, kettles, brewers, scales — can be returned within 14 days if unused and in its original packaging.

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong product.

All electrical brewing equipment carries a manufacturer warranty of 12 months against defects in materials and workmanship from the date of delivery.

Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, normal wear, or lack of cleaning and descaling.

Contact us with your order number and a brief description of the issue. We will confirm the return address and next steps, and process your refund or replacement once the item reaches us.
