Roasted to order
All of our coffee is roasted to order, so there is a short window between placing your order and dispatch. Core range orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 working days.
Subscription orders are roasted and dispatched just before your scheduled delivery date so your coffee arrives at peak freshness.
Shipping rates
We offer free shipping on all orders over €40 within Ireland.
Orders under €40 ship at a flat rate of €4.95. Subscription deliveries always qualify for free shipping.
Delivery times
Ireland: 1–3 working days from dispatch.
UK: 3–5 working days from dispatch.
International: 5–10 working days, depending on destination and customs.
Tracking your order
As soon as your order is dispatched you will receive an email with a tracking link so you can follow it right to your door.
Delays & lost parcels
If your delivery is delayed beyond the expected window, or you believe a parcel has been lost, contact us with your order number and we will follow up with the courier on your behalf.
