Step by Step
V60 Method

Rinse the paper filter with boiling water to remove the papery taste, then discard the rinse water and set the V60 on your mug.
- 0:30
Add 23g of medium-ground coffee (granulated-sugar texture) and level the bed.
- 0:40
Bloom: pour 50g of water and wait 40 seconds.
- 1:20
Pour the remaining 200g in a slow, steady spiral, keeping the bed flat.
- 3:30
Let it drain fully — target 3:00–3:30. Go coarser if it runs long, finer if it runs fast.
