Blueprint Coffee Co.
The trusted coffee brand behind mycoffee.ie — building bridges between Irish coffee drinkers and the world's best roasters.
A marketplace built on craft.
Blueprint Coffee Co. is the coffee brand behind mycoffee.ie — Ireland's curated coffee marketplace. We exist to make exceptional coffee simple to find, easy to order, and impossible to forget.
We don't believe good coffee should be a mystery or a gamble. So we built a marketplace with two clear paths: a permanent Core Range of single-origin coffees available à la carte, and a Guest Roaster Series subscription that introduces a new roaster every month.
Every coffee we list is chosen by people who care about the cup — and every roaster we work with is someone we'd happily share a brew with.
Three things, done properly.
The Core Range
A permanent collection of single-origin coffees, roasted to order and available à la carte. The everyday benchmark for a great cup at home.

Every month, we feature a different roaster from Ireland or from Europe. Alongside your two or three bags of coffee, you get a small flyer with information about the roastery in the box.

Precision, with room for craft.
The name Blueprint comes from our approach: a precise, repeatable foundation for great coffee — the grind, the ratio, the water — paired with the craft of roasters who bring each origin to life.
The sacred geometry you'll see across our packaging and site is our reminder that coffee, at its best, is both science and art.
